For Construction Management our Charges are 3.5% of Accrued Sales Amount or 10% of Contract Value. All Engineering Staff & Foreman’s for Smooth execution of work will be engaged by us. Induction of Supervisors, Store Keeper will be done by the Client or Construction Company.

- For Project Planning our charges before Pre-Construction amounts to 1% of Projected Accrued Sales amount.
- Our charges for refurbishment is quoted only after visiting the site in person and understanding the scope of work to be executed.
- We engage Construction Companies keeping in view the scope & timeline of the project.
- For Complete Architectural & Interior Designing of Residential Building we charge Rs 40/- per Sft. of Super Built up Area. For Commercial Buildings we charge Rs 30/- per Sft. of Super Built up area.
